Introducing the 21-Day Purification Program

For more than 15 years, I have returned to the same powerful practice again and again: a 21-day purification.


I have done this program for myself and guided thousands of people through it. I’ve personally completed it over 50 times, and every year I hold these 21 days as non-negotiable — sacred time for healing, learning, and renewal.


Every November (1–21), January (11–31), and May (1–21), I pause the noise of life and return to the foundations of health. And every single time, I learn something new. More importantly, I feel it.


This is not a luxury program.This is an essential program — for health, prevention, longevity, and for turning around chronic health challenges.


Why 21 Days? Why Does This Work?


In one word: variables.


Healing happens when the number of healing variables outweighs the number of harmful variables.That’s the goal of this purification.


Over these 21 days, we intentionally remove things that burden the body and add in practices that support healing. The more you do, the greater the return — but here’s the key:

You don’t have to do everything to experience real benefits.

This program works on an exponential curve. Every positive change counts. Every layer you add matters. And your results depend entirely on your readiness and capacity — not perfection.


From Food Detox to Whole-Life Healing


When I first started doing this program, it was focused almost entirely on food and drink — and supporting the body’s natural detoxification systems. That foundation is still powerful and relevant today.


But over the years, the program has expanded as my understanding of health has deepened.


Today, the 21-Day Purification supports healing through:

  • Food and hydration

  • Movement and exercise

  • Sleep and recovery

  • Breath and nervous system regulation

  • Sauna and sweating

  • Fasting and metabolic rest

  • Sunshine and circadian rhythm

  • Thought patterns and mindset

  • And many other healing opportunities we now understand matter deeply


Every time I run this program, I bring the latest layer of what I’ve learned, and I share it openly with the people doing it alongside me.


No Health Claims — Just Simple Logic


I don’t make health claims with this program.


But I do ask a simple question:

How could you not get healthier — regardless of your condition — if you remove what is harming you and add what supports healing?

Over the years, I have watched deeply troubling health challenges soften, improve, and sometimes disappear entirely during these 21 days. The math simply adds up.


Guidelines, Not Rules

The original version of this program had a lot of “rules.”Today, I call them guidelines.

You don’t need to follow every recommendation to benefit. The more you engage, the deeper the impact — but even partial participation creates meaningful change.


This is a program that meets you where you are and walks with you forward.



My Role in These 21 Days


During the 21-Day Purification, I am:

  • Your guide

  • Your teacher

  • Your cheerleader

And honestly — your fellow participant.


I cherish these 21 days every time I do them with my family, friends, and clients. Without fail, I feel my best, brightest, and strongest when I’m living this program.
