The Strong Start Retreat was created to help individuals and families gently prepare for the January 2027 purification experience in a way that feels restorative, encouraging, and deeply supportive. Rather than jumping straight into detoxification, this retreat focuses on creating the conditions that allow the body to respond more comfortably and effectively.

Throughout the weekend, guests will experience nourishing meals, wellness education, practical preparation strategies, community connection, and opportunities for deep rest and restoration. Together, we will explore simple ways to reduce toxic burden, improve hydration and mineral balance, support drainage pathways, optimize digestion, and create healing momentum before purification begins.
